By accessing the CITA EV Academy website, mobile portals, downloadable content, or any associated learning tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the CITA EV Academy platform immediately.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing course material, completing training modules, or engaging with the Academy in any way, you agree to abide by these Terms without modification. Continued access after updates or revisions to these Terms indicates your acceptance of all amendments.
CITA EV Charger reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Academy platform. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the Academy and request account closure.

When accessing the CITA EV Academy through mobile devices or third-party platforms, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those distribution partners such as the iOS App Store or Google Play. CITA EV Charger is not liable for any issues arising from the use of such third-party systems.
4. Scope of Services
The CITA EV Academy offers learning resources including online courses, certification modules, downloadable technical content, product training, CPMS training, installer pathways, videos, manuals, quizzes, and assessments.
Services may vary based on user role and account type. Some Academy resources are free, while others may be premium or subscription-based in future.
5. Registration and Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, update your information as needed, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You may allow authorised users within your organisation to access assigned learning modules.
6. Learning Content and User Submissions
The Academy may allow users to post comments, submit assignments, upload files, or interact through discussion tools. By submitting content, you confirm that you own or have permission to share it, that it does not violate any rights or laws, and that CITA EV Charger may use, display, or share it within the platform.
You retain ownership of your submitted content, but grant CITA EV Charger a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, publish, display, or distribute it for Academy operations and improvements.
This license ends when you request deletion of your content or close your account.
7. Responsibility for Content
You acknowledge that some user-generated content is not verified or monitored. CITA EV Charger is not responsible for inaccurate, misleading, or offensive content posted by users. You are solely responsible for your submissions.
CITA EV Charger may remove content that violates platform rules.
8. Third-Party Links
The Academy may contain links to external resources not controlled by CITA EV Charger. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of such sites is at your own risk.
