Hello. How can we help you?

Why isn’t my 7kW EV charger charging my car?

Just follow these safety tips:
If everything is installed correctly, charging in wet weather is completely safe.
It’s normal for your charger to feel a bit warm when it’s working. But if it becomes very hot—too hot to touch—stop using it right away. This could mean there’s a loose connection, too much load on the circuit, or a problem inside the charger. Please call a qualified technician to check it.
