How is access controlled for different users?
Permissions are managed through roles (Super Admin, Operator, Technician). Each role has defined limits based on operational needs and responsibilities.
Can I fix issues remotely using the CPMS?
Yes. Support teams use CPMS to reset chargers, unlock stuck cables, diagnose faults, or push firmware updates—all without being on-site.
How do I track charger performance for clients or site owners?
Use the energy reports and session history features to monitor usage, identify trends, and share reports with clients or stakeholders.
Can I assign RFID cards to specific drivers or fleets?
Yes, each RFID card can be linked to a driver profile. You can also manage fleets with grouped access and usage tracking.
