What platforms does the CITA EV App support?
Note: If your EV has a confirmation setting before starting to charge, please accept or confirm it in your car. Then wait a few seconds until charging begins.
If you have a charging schedule set for the day, you cannot use manual charging.
Please delete or disable the schedule first, and then you will be able to charge manually.
Note: Please Power off the charger then wait around 2 minutes after that Power on the charger
Once the charger is turned on, it will broadcast the serial number hotspot on the device’s WiFi settings.
If your car’s make or model doesn’t appear, please email our support team at support@citaevcharger.co.uk with your vehicle details.
We’ll forward this to our team to include in future updates.
Don’t worry – not having your exact car listed won’t stop you from charging. It’s mainly for your own tracking and reports.

You can sign up directly in the CITA EV App, which you’ll find on the App Store or Google Play Store.
Once installed, tap Register Here and fill in your information to set up your account.
After you’ve submitted your details, you’ll get a confirmation email to activate your profile.
If you don’t see it, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
